Healthcare Foundation La Porte Partners in Prevention 2019

The Health Foundation of La Porte (HFL) is dedicated to empowering our residents to live healthy and well in and around La Porte to become one of Indiana’s top 10 healthiest communities by 2030. HFL builds on the example and guidance of the former La Porte Hospital Foundation.

Many issues affect the health and wellness of the residents within the City of La Porte and surrounding areas. HFL is committed to supporting a diverse range of health and wellness programs and services to achieve our vision for La Porte. We envision partnering with many types of community organizations through thoughtful grantmaking to invest in building a healthier community together.
