Appetizer

• Cheddar Boxty (Irish potato cakes): potato, Irish aged cheddar, fresh herbs & spices, caramelized leeks, sour cream
• Herbed Apple Fizz- apple butter, rye whiskey, rosemary, ginger beer

Soup

• Irish Beer-Onion: whisky caramelized sweet onion, stout-beef broth, baguette crouton, bronzed Irish white cheddar
• Back in Black- Cold-brew coffee, whiskey, burnt sugar simple syrup, stout

Salad

• Beet Salad: golden & red beets, roasted & sweet pickled, walnut-panko encrusted goat cheese, mixed greens, honey-balsamic vinaigrette
• Old Irish Mash- blood orange, tart cherry, honey-ginger simple syrup, whiskey, soda

Entree

• Corned Beef & Cabbage: braised corn beef & cabbage, roasted carrots & parsnips, whiskey-butter sauce, soda bread with whiskey soaked golden raisins
• Irish Sour- golden raisin infused whiskey, house-made sour, egg white, toasted sugar rim, shaken & served up

Dessert

• Stout cake with Irish Cream & whiskey
• Whiskey Peanut butter Cup- peanut butter whiskey, chocolate liquor, cream, simple syrup, shaken & served up
