Northwest Health welcomes Taylor Green, CPNP-PC, a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics to Northwest Medical Group. Green joined the medical practice of Usama Moustafa, MD, Sarah Polistico, MD, and Hadeily Salazar, MD, at Northwest Medical Group – Pediatrics located at 1509 State St. in La Porte.
Green received her master of science in nursing from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana and her bachelor of science in nursing from Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana.
As an advanced practice nurse in pediatrics, Green provides medical care to children of all ages. She offers a full range of care from diagnosing and treating childhood illnesses to providing annual physicals and well-child check-ups.
