LaPorte High School Wins Skills USA State Championship in Video Production

LaPorte High School won the State Championship in Television (Video) Production on Saturday in Indianapolis. Jake Ellis and Grant Ott-Large won 1st place and Sara Emery and Sara Villa took 2nd Place, respectively. Jake and Grant will move on to the Nationals in Atlanta in June. LaPorte offers a county-wide course in Video Production.

The Skills USA Competition required the students to produce a video with the theme "United As One." The :60-second video covered how we can all unite during difficult times.
