NorthShore Helps Prepare Your Child for Back to School

It’s hard to believe but school will be starting in just a short time and NorthShore Health Centers wants to help make sure your kids are prepared! From July 18 to August 12, NorthShore will be hosting a Back to School Health Fair, open to all kids!

The Health Fair includes school physicals, school sports physicals, and immunizations. With any physical, a child will be given a free backpack filled with school supplies, while supplies last.

For uninsured and underinsured children, the total cost for any physical, including immunizations, will be no more than $25 out of pocket expense; including any co-pay. Medicaid children on MHS and Anthem Medicaid Plans are fully covered – No other Medicaid plan is accepted.
