NorthShore Again Offering Health Screenings for Women
NorthShore Health Centers is once again offering women's health screenings during their Women's Health Week, October 10th through the 14th. The screenings include:
- Breast Exam
- Pap Test
- Cholesterol Profile
Free Mammogram certificates will be available for qualifying patients, patients who are 40 or older, or have a family medical history. There is a limited supply of certificates.
All testing is done in accordance with the recommendations of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
$25 charge includes testing. Uninsured or underinsured women only.
