Have you ever visited the Alton Goin Museum in Portage's Countryside Park? Stop by on the second Saturday of each month to chat with Porter County Historian Kevin Pazour and see an assortment of wonderful treasures linked to the history of Portage Township.

Admission to the Alton Goin Museum is free, but the Portage Community Historical Society appreciates donations of time (volunteering) and money to preserve the township's history.
