Michigan City vs. Mishawaka Boys Basketball IHSAA Sectional Championship 2023

The Mishawaka Cavemen are Sectional Champions, defeating the Michigan City Wolves 77-68 in a boys basketball matchup, claiming their first sectional basketball crown in 37 years. Cooper Pritchett led the Cavemen with 21 points, closely followed by Arthur Jones with 20. The team moves on the face Hammond Central next Saturday at 4pm CT at the Michigan City IHSAA Regional.

Michigan City finishes their season with an 18-6 record. Jamie Hodges Jr. led the Wolves’ effort with 24 points.
