BOYS FOOTBALL REGIONAL New Prairie VS. Mishawaka 2024

The Mishawaka Cavemen captured the regional playoff title over the New Prairie Cougars at Steele Stadium.

The Cavemen started the game with a long kick off return by senior Brady Newsome to the New Prairie 40 yard line. Landon Snider opening up scoring with a 36 yard run. Kadyn O’Neal added another 32 yard touchdown on a strong spin move in the first quarter. Mishawaka added another 2 yard dive before half and kept the New Prairie offense out of any scores.

After half, the Cougars found the end zone on a short run by QB Reed Robinson, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Cavemen at home. Final score 21-7.
