BOYS BASKETBALL PCC Tournament South Central VS La Crosse 2021

On Tuesday, the South Central Satellites Boy’s Basketball Team faced-off against the La Crosse Tigers in the first game of the night for the PCC Tournament hosted at Kouts High School. The game began with close scoring, but ended in a final score of 61-44 with a win for the Satellites. South Central Head Coach Joe Wagner discussed a few aspects of the win.
“We went one-for-one early, but we crept out to about a 10-point lead pretty early,” Wagner said. “The team has been through this before, they’re a pretty experienced group. They stayed headstrong and just kind of chipped away at the lead.”
The Satellites (4-4) will play Wheeler (0-6) next on January 25 at 7 p.m. The Tigers (1-10) will once again be facing off against the Satellites for their next game scheduled for January 28 at 7 p.m.
