Teen Childbirth Preparation class teaches expectant mothers between the ages of 13 and 19 about labor and delivery, nutrition, pain relief, recovery and resources for support. The classes will be held on Feb 15 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at 800 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 30, Munster, Ind.
