“Paint the Town” at Lubeznik Center for the Arts Annual ArtBash

Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) announces its annual ArtBash gala to be held on Saturday, June 29th with a theme of “Paint the Town.” Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa in Michigan City, IN will be especially dazzling that night, as guests are asked to wear brightly colored clothing and the décor will be bold and lively.

Festivities will include dancing, a free photo booth, a silent auction and an elegant buffet with an open bar. NBC 5 Chicago News Reporter Mary Ann Bergerson Ahern is returning as emcee.

ArtBash is LCA’s premier fundraiser and plays a critical role in the organization’s efforts to ensure everyone in the community has access to high quality cultural experiences. “LCA is a hub for arts and culture for the entire region,” says Janet Bloch, LCA’s Executive Director. “You no longer need to get on a train to Chicago to view art by Andy Warhol or the Chicago Imagists. We are offering kids and adults the opportunity to view world-class art by internationally known artists, right here in Michigan City.”
