Last Call For Summer

Event Information

Highland’s Main Square Park will be the venue for “Last Call For Summer” on Saturday, August 10th, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be hosted by the Highland Main Street Bureau, in conjunction with the Highland Redevelopment Commission.

This is the second year for this event, which features music, food from local restaurants and a beer garden, operated by Highland’s Beer Geeks. A new feature this year is the inclusion of children’s activities, with a craft tent provided onsite. The event name and date highlight a farewell to summer on the last weekend before the 2019-20 school year is set to begin.

Food vendor applications are available to interested Highland food establishments who wish to participate. Depending on the number of Highland food vendors, the event may open up to local food trucks and restaurants outside of Highland.

Also, the event will spotlight a lineup of local musical performers playing original music. The lineup for this year’s event is Chris Peters, Belladonna, Matthew Daley, CXPITAL and Fragile Soul.
