The Franciscan Health Burrell Cancer Center is hosting a series of free support groups for cancer patients and their caregivers.
Support groups provide an opportunity to openly share experiences with other patients and caregivers and include guided discussions on other relevant topics.
The support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Central through December in the Burrell Cancer Center Conference Room at the Franciscan Health Main Street Outpatient Center, 1201 S. Main St. in Crown Point. Attendees should use the Burrell Cancer Center entrance on Court Street.
Registration is free, but space is limited to 10 participants per session. Attendees may choose to attend one or more sessions and must register for each. Masks may be requested to be worn within the Cancer Center.
