St. Catherine Hospital’s certified lactation consultant will provide FREE education and support for breastfeeding and pregnant moms. This class discusses the benefits of breastfeeding for mom and baby, techniques for breastfeeding, when to call for help and more.

The next class is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m., Thursday, March 10, at St. Catherine Hospital, POB Conference Room, 4320 Fir St., East Chicago.
