Journey Church, 6006 N. Fail Road, will host its Chili Cookoff and Winter Carnival from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20.In addition to the cookoff, the event includes crafts, cupcake decorating, face painting, games, hot dogs and drinks. The Navigate youth room will be open for middle-schoolers and high-schoolers.
