Mondays 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Fridays 9 - 10 am
Classes take place at Valparaiso Health Center Community Room, Main Entrance 3800 St. Mary Drive, Valparaiso.
Cost is $50 for 8 classes*, or $8 per class.
