The Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce has some exciting events coming up in June. Look below to find out all that is happening.
June 16
The Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring “La Porte Day at the Cove", on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Stanley Coveleski Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. Mayor Blair Milo will be throwing the first pitch of the game in honor of La Porte Day. The game starts at 1:05 p.m. CST (gates open at noon). The Silver Hawks will be playing the Dayton Dragons. For just $10.00 per person you will receive a ticket to the game, a free Silver Hawks hat, an opportunity to play catch on the field before the game, and access to an autograph session with the Silver Hawks players after the game. June 18
The Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce will host a Chamber Membership Breakfast on Tuesday, June 18 at The Allure, 301 B Street, La Porte. The sponsor of this event is IU Health La Porte Hospital and the Non-Profit sponsor is the Downtown La Porte. The cost is $20 for Chamber Members and $25 for Non-Chamber Members. June 20
The Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce will host a Business after Hours event from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on June 20 at the Briarwood Apartments and Villas, 200 Plymouth Lane, La Porte. July 25
The Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce will host the 39th Annual Play Day Golf Outing on July 25th at Beechwood Golf Club. This will be the Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce’s 3rd Annual Big Cup Tournament, featuring larger holes for twice the amount of fun! The outing will begin with registration at 11:00 a.m. and lunch. A shotgun start for golfers will begin at 12:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. dinner will be provided. Cost to participate is $130 per golfer or $520 for a team of 4 for members and $150 per golfer or $600 for a team of 4 for non-members.
