A team from Franciscan St. Anthony Health-Michigan City was victorious for the second consecutive year over another from IU Health LaPorte Hospital at the Michigan City Women’s Bowling Association’s 14th Annual Bowl For The Cure charity event at Lakeshore Lanes recently. The Breast Care Center at Franciscan St. Anthony Health has been the recipient of a portion of the proceeds from The Bowl For The Cure since 2008 and uses the funds to provide mammograms for underprivileged area women.

A Flowery Show of Appreciation at Franciscan St. Anthony Health-Michigan City

Franciscan St. Anthony Health-Michigan City employees recently showed their appreciation for one another in the form of Valentine’s Day-themed carnations. More than 1,000 carnations were delivered to hospital units on Feb. 13 and sold for $1 each. Employees then gave them to co-workers.
