Center for Education & Advance Care Planning (CEACP) is presenting a summer “Third Thursdays Webinar” series for healthcare professionals. These webinars, offered through the Hospice Foundation of America, will be provided at Center for Hospice Care’s Mishawaka Campus at 501 Comfort Place, immediately adjacent to Central Park. Each webinar is free of charge. CE credits will be available for a $5 charge. Topics for the webinars are:
