The Center for Creative Solutions, Inc. Announces The Multi-Generational Workplace: Creating Balance

BusinessArticleImage LPCLFour generations make up today’s workforce. Persons born in the 1920's to the 1980's are now working under one roof. The resulting dynamic is bound to challenge employees as well as their supervisors.

How to create an effective, productive and heathy environment is the subject of a new workshop, "The Multi-Generational Workplace: Creating Balance." The June 27th event will be presented by Steven W. Curry of the Center for Creative Solutions, Inc.™

"People of each generation bring distinct values, goals, expectations and preferred rewards to work. Leaders who understand each generation individually, along with the general makeup of their companies, will build a stronger workforce– which, in turn, impacts the ‘bottom line’ of the organization," Curry said.

Participants will enjoy many benefits of attending the session. They include: • Supervising employees more effectively; • Empowering teams; • Motivating workers and colleagues; and • Increasing the productivity of everyone.
