May 29, 2019- Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and Hammond Parks and Recreation presents Tennis Lessons at Harrison Park. Session 1 will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays (June 18, 20, 25 & 27; July 2, 9, 11, & 16). Session 2 will also be on Tuesdays and Thursdays (July 18, 23, 25 & 30; August 1, 6, 8 & 13).
The registration deadline for Session 1 is June 14th and the deadline for Session 2 is July 15th. There is a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 participants for both sessions. Register at the Hammond Civic Center, 5825 Sohl Ave., Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm with cash or credit and a valid driver’s license or state ID before the session deadline. Documentation proving you and/or your child’s age is required.
Lessons will be taught by Clifton Graham Jr. Cancelled classes due to weather will be rescheduled to the Friday the week of the cancelled class.

- Ages 5-12 -----------11:00am – 11:50am--------------$40
- Ages 13-18----------12:00pm – 12:50pm--------------$40
- Ages 19+ ------------7:00pm – 8:00pm------------------$50
