South Shore Clean Cities to Host Propane Fuel Information Event

south-shore-fuel-propaneLeaders at municipal law enforcement agencies, parks and recreation depts., school & hospital maintenance dept., landscape companies, and anyone interested in propane as in alternative to gas or diesel could learn the benefits of fueling their fleets with propane during an event hosted by South Shore Clean Cities Inc.

The AmeriGas Propane Ride-N-Drive will be at 9 a.m. CDT on Friday (March 28) at the Purdue Technology Center of Northwest Indiana, 9800 Connecticut Dr., Crown Point, Ind. AmeriGas and ROUSH CleanTech co-sponsor the event.

 

"Attendees will gain valuable knowledge about propane from the leaders of AmeriGas and South Shore Clean Cities," said Carl Lisek, executive director South Shore Clean Cities. "They also will have the opportunity to test drive the ROUSH Ford F-250 full-size pickup truck and the AmeriGas Propane Dodge Charger police cruiser."
