Officials from La Porte Hospital, La Porte Physician Network, La Porte Community School Corporation, and the Healthcare Foundation of La Porte will be touring the new Slicer Health Clinic student-based health center at 4 p.m., Mon., Oct. 22 at La Porte High School, 602 F Street, La Porte. Use the main entrance.
The Slicer Health Clinic is a project of La Porte Physician Network and the La Porte Community School Corporation, made possible with a grant from the Healthcare Foundation of La Porte. It opened at the beginning of this school year and offers services to all students in the school corporation.
Area media representatives are invited to visit at this time to see the clinic, meet the providers, and discuss the project with officials from the various entities.
