Sidewalk Sales will be taking place Saturday, September 22 from 10am to 5pm. Downtown retailers, artists and crafters will be showcasing goods along the sidewalks of Lincolnway, Jefferson Avenue and State Street.
The Sidewalk Sales Days take place during and after the Farmer’s Market, which is located at Monroe and Lincolnway. Grab some fresh produce, have freshly made omelets and browse the shops for an experience downtown. Many retailers take advantage of the sales days as well, including Goose Feathers Gifts on State Street.
Goose Feathers Gifts, 515 State Street, is a unique shop featuring local art, fun gifts, and an eclectic mix of jewelry, accessories, candles and other goods. The shop is also surrounded by local antique shops, including Uptown and the LaPorte Co-Op. LaPorte Co-Op Shoppes features a hidden gem known as Luxe Boutique, which features fine women’s clothing.
