Nominations can be submitted with smartphone
Visitors and residents of the South Shore can now submit their Recognition of Service Excellence (ROSE) Awards nomination from a smartphone.
By visiting www.rose-awards.com with a smartphone, guests can click on “Nominate someone today,” where they will then be prompted to fill in the nomination form. Guests can also scan the QR code located on the ROSE Awards rack cards available at restaurants and hotels to visit the mobile website. This offers guests the opportunity to submit nominations immediately following an excellent service experience.
The ROSE Awards honor front-line employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Guests, managers and owners are encouraged to nominate an employee who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to make a guest’s experience positive and enjoyable.
Nominees should be non-managerial or hourly employees from a service-related business who interact directly with customers on a regular basis. Nominees may be a manager if the nomination refers to their customer service while working in a front-line capacity. Nominations should be as specific as possible and the descriptions should be more than 40 words but less than 200.
One dozen ROSE winners will be announced at an awards dinner slated for Sept. 24. For more information on the ROSE Awards, or to submit a nomination, visit www.rose-awards.com.
