We are currently having all of our electrical work done by NECA in our recovery home. In the mean time we must continue to build up our community. The substance abuse problem has not gone away in La Porte County. We now provide a total of 9 cognitive groups in and outside of the jail.
Recovery ROCKS! 2014 will be held at the LP fairground on August 30. from 1-8pm to celebrate September as the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Recovery Month.

This year we'll have a morning Motorcycle Ride; PATH - A Positive Approach to Teen Health presenting a teen talk program, similar to what they present in schools at 7 different counties . There will be food, games for kids and teens, music, recovery testimonies, Substance Abuse Recovery Resource Booths, and much more.
