Facilitator Anna Sheets, of Accounting Made Simple, will detail essential bookkeeping functions for both the new and frequent QuickBooks user in this two-part workshop.
WHEN: 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays May 11 and 18 at Purdue University Calumet Academic Learning Center, 9900 Connecticut Drive in Crown Point, Room 221. Cost is $100 for the two-part workshop. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required as there is limited seating.
Here's what will happen::Accounting primer, getting started, navigating QuickBooks, managing lists, working with bank accounts, recording sales, receiving payments, making deposits and entering and paying bills. Participants receive class materials and instructor follow-up.
