Purdue Calumet Signs T.F. South’s Jenna Pasko to 2015-16 Recruiting Class

PUC-PeregrinsPurdue University Calumet volleyball Coach Julie Wiejak added to her 2015-16 recruiting class with the recent signing of T.F. South High School standout Jenna Pasko.

Pasko, a 5-foot-11 outside hitter, was a three-year letter winner for the Rebels, capped by her team's the Most Valuable Player Award during her senior campaign. Pasko made her senior year a memorable one, as she helped lead T.F. South to a 27-7 record and its first regional title in 10 years. The Rebels won the Class 4A Crete-Monee Title for the first time since 2004 and finished just three wins shy of tying the program record for wins.

The daughter of Rob and Terri Clifford of Lansing, Ill., Pasko was part of the Diamond Elite Travel Club.

"Pasko is an aggressive, hard-working, cut throat competitor," Wiejak said of Pasko. "She loves to win and you can see it in the way she plays.

"She is incredibly effective scoring kills and uses a variety of shots and also one of the best young blockers I have seen. I look for Jenna to contribute to our success next season."

Pasko, a three-year member of the National Honor Society, plans to major in nursing at Purdue Calumet.
