Purdue University Calumet Professor of Finance Pat Obi will host a community forum on “The Future of Advanced Education and the U.S. Economy,” at 6 p.m., Wednesday (11/19) in the university’s Room with a View on the concourse level of the Student Union & Library.
During the free forum, Obi will share insights from his recently published book, “We Must Change the Way We Live,” a reflective perspective of the value of financial prudence and advanced education in a changing world.
Purdue Calumet Chancellor Thomas Keon and Hammond Mayor Thomas McDermott Jr. also will offer brief remarks. Following the 30-minute forum, Obi will sign copies of his book.
