Pine Arts After School program presents the musical "Yes, Virginia", the story of a little girl who taught the world to believe. The performance will be held Wednesday, December 12th, at 6:30 pm.
Based on the true story of Virginia O'Hanlon, "Yes, Virginia" tells the story of the 8 year old, who in 1897, wrote a letter to the New York Sun, asking if Santa was real. This play is a musical developed by Macy's and made available royalty free to all elementary schools as part of an effort to promote arts in education.
The performance will be held at Pine Elementary School in Michigan City.
