The Porter County Career and Technical Center’s Video Productions and Media Studies class will broadcast tonight’s boys’ basketball game between La Porte High School and Valparaiso High School live on ValpoLife.com and LaPorteCountyLife.com!
The game between the Duneland Athletic Conference rivals is slated to begin at 7:30pm CST at Valparaiso High School, with the broadcast beginning after the JV game, likely around 7:15pm. Kenneth Cohen, a senior at Hobart High School, is doing commentary and Ryan Gierman, a senior at Hebron High School, is doing Play by Play.
Croziers Dairy Queen is underwriting tonight's broadcast, and we will be giving a box of Dilly Bars away during the broadcast. We would also like to thank Shoe's Pizza in Valpo for feeding our hard working crew tonight.
The student-run broadcast will feature color commentary, play-by-play and instant replay capabilities. Please keep in mind the broadcast is free, student-run and not meant to replace actually going to the game.
