Customers can choose how to set up the room based on the number of people in attendance and their individual needs. Customers looking to host more than 40 people can also rent out the entire restaurant, which can seat up to 100 guests. “We set up everything which includes linen, the tables, chairs, special tables, buffet setup, and any of the other equipment we provide. We also provide licensed and insured staff to execute everything, and we also have some audio-visual equipment if needed,” General Manager Julie Krause said.

While the team can do it all, they also understand that not everyone needs a full-service event. To ensure each customer is satisfied with the right amount of equipment, Krause works with each client to deliver a space fit for their needs and budget. Each event is carefully planned and confirmed with the guest in advance, and when the event rolls around, Krause and her staff are prepared to deliver exactly what the client orders.

 “Every event is dealt with individually. There are so many little things that go into the final cost and end result. A Friday or Saturday is going to cost a bit more than a Tuesday or Wednesday. We also factor in what kinds of things they will need in addition to catering. It's just subject to the event size and the demand for the space at that time,” Krause said.

The team at Patrick’s has had years of experience in a country club setting, so planning a sophisticated event is second nature. The staff prides itself on having an extra level of refined service for every event, regardless of the size or accommodations needed.

 “We have this space here that you can come in and we can do everything for you. but we also are set up to come to our customers. We have all the equipment, and we're licensed and insured to come on-site and do events wherever you would like us to do them,” Krause said.
