Julie Krause, who spearheads catering and special events for Patrick’s Catering & Events (a new service by Patrick’s Grille) said she provides full-service event coordination for just about any event. Patrick’s Grille has a beautiful event space perfect for business meetings, parties, or corporate dinners. With four solid walls, the event space is private and offers an upscale, casual atmosphere.
An 80-inch HDTV with audio capabilities is available for presentations, and the space can accommodate up to 40 guests. Patrick’s Grille has 24 beers on tap, 21 of them craft beers and several of which are from local breweries.
Krause says Patrick’s can customize their menu to suit individual event and diet needs. They have gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
Patrick’s also offers off-site catering for large events and private parties.
“We can design a menu and setup around your needs and budget,” Krause said. “We come in and set everything up, and even serve the buffet as well. We also have licensed bartenders, so we can serve alcohol at the event if needed.”
Krause says they can also simply drop the food off and leave, if that is your preference. The service is backed by Krause’s more than 20 years of experience in catering and events, both on the social/party planning side at Pottawattomie Country Club, and on the business side at Blue Chip Casino.
