Lifestyle and unhealthy choices can impact your immune system more than you may know, making it easier to get sick.
To learn how to build a robust immune system, join family medicine physician Chike Okolocha, DO, as he leads Northwest Health’s next HealthyU wellness seminar entitled Five Actionable Steps to Boost Your Immune System. The free event will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 in the Community Room at Northwest Health – Porter located at 85 East US Hwy. 6 in Valparaiso.
