Northwest Health to Present April HealthyU Event

Northwest Health to Present April HealthyU Event

Are you looking ahead to share a bright future with your loved ones? If so, then it’s time to look at your recommended preventive care screenings. According to the Centers for Disease Control, if everyone in the United States received recommended preventive care screenings, more than 100,000 lives could be saved each year.

To learn more about the importance of preventive health screenings, join Tiffany Bowser, FNP-C, and Jessica Fiehler, FNP-C, as they lead Northwest Health’s next HealthyU wellness seminar entitled I Promise to Love, Honor and Be Healthy: Making a Commitment to Preventive Screenings. The free event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2023 at the Knox Community Center, 55 East Lake Street in Knox.

During the presentation, nurse practitioners Bowser and Fiehler will explain how preventive screenings lower health risks, extend lives and save you money.

HealthyU is a new wellness series developed by Northwest Health to provide the community with relevant health and wellness topics. The free monthly seminars are geared to answer you and your families’ questions and provide simple and actionable steps to improve your quality of life and help you stay healthy.
