Take care of the men in your life by having them get their checkup. Men's Health Week takes place June 9-13, 2014 and NorthShore Health Center has health screenings ready for the dad, brother, son, husband, friend, grandpa, and the men in our lives.
Health Screening Includes:
- Complete Physical Exam
- Cardiac Lipid Profile (evaluates risk for heart disease) Complete Metabolic Profile (assesses blood for health issues)
- HemoccultBlood Test (checks risk for colorectal cancer)
- PSA –if indicated or over 40 Years of Age (evaluates prostate cancer risk)
Only $75 ($50 without PSA Test) uninsured and underinsured men are welcome. Co-pay is included in price for insured men. Cost reduction and payment arrangements can be made if proof of income indicates a need to provide a discount.
