NIHRMA to Host Annual Conference – Adapting to the 21st Century Workforce

The Northern Indiana Human Resources Management Association (NIHRMA) has announced its Annual Fall Conference, which is titled Adapting to the 21st Century Workforce. This conference is a must see for any business leader or Human Resources professional.

Speakers include Mark Phillips, Partner with Newby, Lewis, Kaminski, & Jones law firm; Susan Ely, Division Dean for the Schools of Technology, Applied Science and Engineering Technology with Ivy Tech, Region 4; Ron Knickrehm, PT and Ergonomic Specialist with IU Health Occupational Services; and Bill Clohessy, Account Manager with Simpler Consulting, a firm that works with companies to integrate continuous improvement throughout all levels of an organization.

Topics are all related to Workforce Skills Gap, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Worksite Safety & Reducing Risk, and updates to employment law. This conference is being held from 8:00am to 1:30pm on September 25 at Blue Chip Casino, Michigan City, IN.
