Operation Gratitude
National Honor Society students and families have written more than 140 notes of gratitude to be sent to Operation Gratitude. This organization distributes thank cards to servicemen and women current and past as well as their caregivers. Thank you NHS for helping our service personnel know we are proud and thankful!
Child Development
Learning more about newborns, prenatal care, infants, and toddlers by competing with a trivia game! Learning is fun in Mrs. Kubsch’s Child Development.
Painting Class
Last week in painting class students explored abstract art, talked about several different artists and learned how to create abstract art. This was a great project and break for many of them as it allowed them to be creative and relax at the same time. One artist we reviewed was Jackson Pollock, best known for action painting. With this activity student tried string painting, drip painting, or splatter painting.
