The Marquette Catholic volleyball team returned to action on Saturday as both the JV and Varsity competed in the Dunes Tournament. Both teams played well. While JV went 1-3 on the day, the Varsity squad beat Argos 2-0, Washington Township 2-1 and Michigan City 2-0.
Their only loss on the day came at the hands of 3A #1 Mishawaka Marian 2-1.
The Blazers return to action on Monday, October 7 when they host East Chicago. JV start things off at 5:30 with Varsity to follow.
