The Michigan City High School (MCHS) Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC) conducted an awards night on May 27th at the high school. Cadets were recognized for participation in the various extra-curricular activities offered by the MCJROTC-drill team, rifle team, community service, color guards, - as well as activities at MCHS, such as academic excellence, along with sports, academic clubs, band, and chorus participation. Additionally, sixteen cadets earned individual awards from ten different civic agencies.
