Artwork by Michigan City High School seniors Alex Lanier (left) and Michael Dombkowski will be featured next month in the 2014 Scholastic Art Exhibition in South Bend.
The Exhibition is a juried middle and high school art competition that features work by students from across Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Lanier's watercolor and Dombkowski's mixed media works were selected from among more than 2,500 entries to be part of the exhibit.
An Awards Ceremony honoring them and their work will be held on Sunday, February 9, at 1:30 p.m. Central Time at the South Bend Museum of Art.
