Marquette Catholic Girls Soccer captured their first win of the season tonight against Westville. Marquette controlled much of the play throughout the aggressive game.
Senior Madeline Wood was granted a free kick in the first half that bounced off the crossbar but Freshman Bella Kaplan was there to put it away for her first goal of the season.
Marquette returns to action Tuesday, September 10, at 5:00 p.m. with an away game at Wheeler.
