The Marquette Catholic Girls Basketball team celebrated the accomplishments and careers of their Seniors on Friday and helped Beth Bobillo, Sydney Mussman and Hannah Weber go out winners with a 51-26 victory over South Bend Career Academy. A 20-3 first quarter blew open the game early and allowed the Blazers to get a much needed victory while getting underclassmen valuable playing time.
The Blazers were led by Colleen Falk and Sydney Mussman who each had 14, while Beth Bobillo contributed 12. The Blazers will return to action on Wednesday February 6 when they travel Oregon Davis for their opening round Sectional game against ArgosHigh School. Tip off is set for 7:00PM CST.
