The Marquette Catholic Boys Basketball team picked up two victories on Saturday night as both the Junior Varsity and Varsity beat Whiting. A strong second half by the Blazers put the Varsity contest away early, easily dispensing of the Oilers 62-40. The Blazers were led by Sophmore Ryan Fazekas who had another double tonight, scoring 16 while pulling down 10 boards.
The Blazers return to action Friday, December 7 as they travel to River Forest to take on the Ignots. Junior Varsity starts at 5:30 followed by Varsity at 7:00.
