The La Porte High School Winter Color Guard won the Scholastic A Class at the Midwest Color Guard Circuit contest held at Stagg High School in Palos Hills, IL, on March 2, 2013. Complete class results were as follows:

LaPorte will travel to St. Louis, MO, for the Winter Guard International St. Louis Regional Championship to be held at Francis Howell High School on March 9. On April 6 and 7 LaPorte High School will host the Midwest Color Guard Circuit Championships.
