The LaPorte High School Marching Band placed third in Class A at the Lafayette Jefferson High School Star City Festival on September 14. Complete Class A results follow:

On September 21 the LPHS Marching Band will compete at the Concord High School Invitational. LaPorte will perform at 8:38 PM E.S.T. Adult tickets are available from the LPHS Music Office for $6.00.
