Dr. Scott Weiss, from the University of South Carolina, will direct the Indiana All-State Band. In addition to the regular Indiana All-State Band, there is a select Honor Band. Dr. John Lynch, from the University of Georgia, will direct the Indiana All-State Honor Band. The twenty-first concert band piece commissioned by the Indiana Bandmasters Association will be premiered by the All-State Honor Band. The work entitled “sevenfive” was composed by award winning composer Steven Bryant.

All band members will participate in a series of activities including seating auditions, sectionals, and full rehearsals from Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 16. A grand finale concert will be presented to the public on Sunday, March 16, at 2:30 Pp.m. eastern time in the Elliott Hall of Music on the Purdue University West Lafayette campus.
