The emergence of the COVID-19 corona virus over the last two weeks has reshaped our landscape and mandated changes across all aspects of our community. These changes have required us to navigate uncharted waters and to find new ways of doing business. While there is no doubt this is an unnerving time, we can also find positives. Learning to work together in new ways, use new technologies and supporting each other are just a few of the lessons we are learning. The coming weeks will prove to be challenging, but let there be no doubt La Porte will continue to persevere and we will always be La Porte Proud!

In addition to this I would ask that you visit the LEAP website at www.laportepartnership.com for constant updates as they become available. On our page you will find all the resources you need to stay up-to-date on local and state initiatives, find local vendors and merchants who offer goods and services and links to state and national support programs. If there is something missing from the site please don't hesitate to call us with suggestions. Please know that the LEAP Family, in partnership with Mayor Dermody and the City Administration will be constantly working to represent our members and the community as a whole during this difficult time. Please reach out if we can help in any way. Thank you for your support of our organization, each other, and all the people who make up our wonderful community. We are La Porte Proud!
