Horizon Bank is collecting items at their Lake County branches for the "Bags From Bob & Nancy" project. These items are then distributed to our patient's family caregivers to help them through the difficult task of caring for their loved ones.
Help show hard-working Hospice of the Calumet Area caregivers some love with Horizon Bank. These caregivers work endlessly (sometimes for years) to help their loved one be comfortable in their final days. Anything you can do to help us let them know that their dedication doesn't go unnoticed is GREATLY appreciated!
Just head in to your local Horizon Bank location in Lake County and get a list of donations from the Winter Warmth Tree, and then go find the items at your local department store. The items are small and inexpensive but make a huge difference in a caregiver's life.
